A day trip to Zenxin Organic Park @ Kluang, Johor

We left Jurong at 9.15am and reached the farm at 10.45am. It was one and half hour of nice journey on a Sunday morning. The farm is conveniently located at 3.5km from the Ayer Hitam highway exit.

We missed the scheduled 10.30am free guided tour. We were lucky that a young university interns agreed to conduct another tour for us since there were 18 of us.

This is the dragon fruit plant, which belongs to the cactus family. Some of us saw it for the first time.

This is the flower that will turn into dragon fruit.

iPhone is the most popular toy among the kids. This is Vivian sharing the phone with Vernon.

This is Jonathan photo, taken by his brother Benjamin. This is the first time I let the two boys handle my DSLR camera.

This is the mushroom farm. The mushrooms grow indoor with a dark, cool and moist environment.

This is a lady finger plant, with a pleasant looking yellow flower.

This is the last part of the Zenxin Organic Park tour, the Rabbit garden. All the children enjoyed feeding the rabbit very much.

This is Vernon, he is a caring and inquisitive boy, feeding and observing the rabbits all the time.

Benjamin also loved the rabbits.

Our visit at Zenxin Organic Park ended with a steamboat lunch at the farm. The organic vegetables, mushroom were very fresh.
