Punggol Promenade

After sending mother off to Selena's place, we went to drive around SengKang, Punggol area and ended up here. Very breezy place, you can tell from Jessie's standing hair.


There is a narrow band of beach too.

Jessie's Birthday Celebration in Malaysia

After some research, we found that a simple chocolate cake is more appropriate for the long journey. We decorated it with strawberries.





When I was trying to take a closed up photo for the cake. I noticed that Jessie had lowered her head and be ready to take a photo with the cake. Jessie, the borned camera detector.

We ate the cake with chocolate ice cream topping, an idea borrowed from goggle images.

Chinese New Year

We reached home slightly before noon. This marked the beginning of their 3 days of fun play time for all my children. First, they played with the 2 years old pop pop cracker which is banned in Singapore.


Jessie learned from the older children to throw the pop pop at the permanently unfinished house.


The Bobby puppy is another source of excitement. This dog loves to chase after children, but won't bite.


Jessie dashed through the little passage way created by Jing Ning.


Giant papaya leave is the best tool to fool the dog.





We started the reunion dinner early about 7pm.


The children finished their food quite fast as they wanted to play games.


The first day lunar new year day starts with Mee Suah Egg noodle. According to traditional chinese age count, this is the birthday of everyone since everyone is older by one on this day.


Jessie is always ready to be a photo subject.


Benjamin didn't finish his portion. His mind is too engrossed in playing computer games.


Jonathan loves the noodle and finished them in no time.

We had a barbecue party on the first new year night at my third sister's home.

They are totally knocked out after the one day long of fun and play.
